Hematite is associated with the Earth or Root chakra as it is a very good grounding stone. Hematite is heavier than other crystal stones. The Hematite Heart is hand carved and ideal for holding but equally as good to use for grounding.
The Hematite Heart is approximately 40-45 mm across, normally 20-25 mm in depth and of high quality.
