A person`s body, mind and spiritual well-being are balanced and healthy when all of their chakras are clear. When chakras are blocked, the related functions and feelings will be adversely affected; also the balance of the person is upset because other chakras are forced to compensate. You may feel you have blocked energy or feel a deep hollow feeling in your solar plexus. You even maybe drawn to negetivity more.

The seven chakras (numbered according to the chakra system) are located at the following points of the body, along the line of the spine:

Clear Quartz	Crown chakra
Amethyst	Brow/Third eye chakra (lower forehead, between eyes)
Blue Lace Agate	Throat chakra (base of neck)
Rose Quartz	Heart chakra (centre of chest)
Citrine	Solar plexus (between the navel and base of sternum, which is the central vertical bone in the rib-cage)
Carnelian	Sacral chakra (lower abdomen/lower back, below navel)
Red Jasper	Root / Base chakra (base of the spine)

Chakras and associated crystals

In a Chakra Balancing treatment you remind fully clothed and lie down on a couch, then I will cover you with a towel or blanket.

The seven main chakra crystals (crystals above) are then placed on their corresponding chakra's on and around your body.

A crystal pendulum is then used with Reiki scanning to sense which of your chakra's need the healing. Once established which chakra's are to be unblocked, you will recived 40 minutes of Reiki healing to help unblock the energy centers.

The Reiki healing is then followed by another session of the pendulum dowsing to complete the healing process.
